Our journey began with a mission to share the untold story of Ecuadorian coffee and its people.
At Sierra Negra Coffee, we bring the taste of Ecuador’s most exceptional coffees directly to you. From the islands to the highlands, we source traceable microlots grown with care and deep respect for nature.
We roast our beans locally in Austin, Texas, and share them with coffee lovers across the world.
Whether you are a roaster, cafe, or home brewer, our mission is simple: to honor origin, support producers, and bring a unique story to every cup.
